Where can I get updates for my system?
Give us a call at AMB before you install ANY updates as data loss could result in this action. If you are under a support contract with us, our tech department will take care of any upgrades your office may need. NEVER upgrade without contracting AMB first- you may lose your data if you do.
How do I contact Support?
AMB offers web and phone support contracts for your office. Call our support line at 800-493-3453 during regular business hours and we will do our best to resolve any problems that may arise in a timely manner. You can fax us anytime at (714) 276-2205 or email us at ambfax@juno.com. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time excluding Holidays. Be sure to have your site information ready for our support crew in order to expediate your service questions. This will include version of system, practice name and contact phone number/manager of your office.
